Systematic G.A.M.E. P.L.A.N.

We will work with the Pastor/Leader to assess areas of organizational ineffectiveness and provide recommendations for organizational development and alignment.   G.A.M.E. Ministries, in conjunction with the Pastor/Leader, will incorporate the 5 C's of Systematic Development: Coordination, Cooperation, Correlation, Collaboration and Communication.   G.A.M.E. Ministries will use these tenets to create greater synergy between the comprehensive vision of the Ministry and it's various ministries. When and where there is a desire to address specific needs, we will recommend and give a course of action for implementation and facilitation to the Pastor/Leader for new ministry development.
